Obtained from the slow evaporation of the sea water of Marsala, this Citrus Fleur de Sel releases all the freshness and intensity of Sicilian citrus fruits. To create the granules, we use the whole fruit, not just the peel, to ensure a full and lasting aroma. After careful processing, the citrus fruits are naturally dehydrated, creating a perfect balance between the salt's minerality and the citrus notes.
