Ho preso questo olio perché sono di origine siciliana e penso che questo olio siculo possa fare bene al mio corpo, faccio un po’ fatica perché sono abituata all’olio ligure… ma insisto anche se è amaro…. Ripeto ….spero che mi faccia bene!!!!

C’è stato un piccolo problema con la consegna, dovuto al corriere, ma l’azienda si è subito distinta per cortesia e disponibilità nel risolverlo.
Ho aperto la prima bottiglia e l’esperienza è stata sorprendente: un olio dal profumo intenso, fresco e autentico, che racconta già al naso la passione con cui viene prodotto. Al palato è equilibrato, ricco di sfumature e con quella nota vivace che esalta qualsiasi piatto, anche il più semplice.
Si percepisce la cura in ogni dettaglio, dal packaging elegante alla qualità del contenuto. È bello vedere giovani intraprendenti che scelgono di puntare sull’eccellenza, con una società benefit e un’attenzione sincera alla sostenibilità. Un progetto e un prodotto che meritano davvero di essere valorizzati.
Eccellente qualità! Per ora ho provato l’Audace perché amo il sapore deciso ed ha un perfetto equilibrio con una nota finale pizzicante perfetta ed La Tonda Gentile morbido è un sapore molto particolare e caratteristico.
Mandorle ottime con il loro sapore unico, io le riattivo per assimilare meglio le sostanze nutritive e se possibile il loro aroma si valorizza ancora di più.
