The jam with honey and sage is a simple and fragrant recipe. Boniviri’s preserve is made with Sicilian bitter oranges, gently sweetened with orange blossom honey produced by Rosario in Furci Siculo (Messina) and flavored with sage grown by Roberto on the slopes of Mount Etna, both part of our Boniviri network of farmers who protect the land.

It contains honey and raw cane sugar, to highlight the authentic taste of the ingredients and maintain a balanced nutritional profile.

It is rich in natural antioxidants, while the honey provides immediate energy and is naturally antibacterial. Sage has digestive and soothing properties, beneficial for daily well-being.

Perfect for breakfast on whole grain bread or plant-based yogurt, it also pairs well with plant-based cheeses, rustic tarts, or roasted vegetables. A versatile preserve born from an ethical agricultural supply chain that respects biodiversity.

🍊 Spread it on bread, rusks or brioche for a fragrant and genuine breakfast.
🧀 Pair it with aged, blue or goat cheeses for a gourmet appetizer.
🍰 Use it as a filling for tarts, biscuits or rustic cakes.
🍹 Try it in cocktails, or to flavor yogurt, ice cream and creams.
🍽 Also excellent with savory dishes or sweet and sour reductions.

Know who makes it

Agricolab

The story of Agricolab begins with the meeting between Peppe and Fawn, which took place in 2010 in Argentina. After having lived and managed a business in Singapore, they returned to Sicily with the intention of exploring the island in search of small producers, both male and female, and quality raw materials. Their mission is to create a network in the agricultural supply chain, bringing together farmers and peasants with a story to tell. The stories of people and territories become the main ingredients of the menu of Agricolab, a restaurant that Peppe and Fawn founded in 2018 after exploring the best food and wine offerings in Sicily.
