Born in 2018, Agricolab is a restaurant and laboratory where local and seasonal ingredients are the protagonists. The proposal is vegetal, creative and designed for contemporary life: ready-made dishes, quick, but also ideal for special moments. Agricolab is the meeting point between cooking and transformation. The raw material guides every phase, from experimentation to pairing, without fixed rules but with attention to taste, usefulness and the experience of those who taste.
