The organic extra apricot jam Tyrinthos Boniviri is a jam made with organic fresh fruit, specifically Tytinthos variety apricots, grown in Sicily (Partinico) by Sebastiano from the Casale di Campo Cooperative Society.
The Tyrinthos variety is a self-fertile type that ripens between May and June, with juicy flesh and a balanced flavor between sweetness and acidity. The apricots are harvested at the perfect ripeness and processed into jam within a few hours of picking to preserve their organoleptic and nutritional qualities.
Boniviri selects only ingredients from an ethical and sustainable supply chain that values the work of farmers and the biodiversity of local varieties.
The jam contains over 70% fruit and is sweetened only with organic Italian sugar, without pectin, preservatives, or artificial flavors. Ideal for cakes, tarts, spreading on toasted bread or rusks, for a tasty and healthy snack.
