Rinse well200 g cooked chickpeas(if you use dried ones like Boniviri chickpeas, remember to soak them in advance and cook them: it's worth it!).

Dry them carefully:The drier they are, the crispier they will be.

Season them with2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oiland a pinch ofEtna herb fleur de sel and lemon(or your favorite spices). Mix well to distribute the seasoning evenly.

Transfer the chickpeas to the pan and cook themmedium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring them often for even browning.

When they are nice and crunchy, they are ready to taste: perfect as a snack, topping for salads or vegetable dishes.
