The "pizzuta" almond from Avola gets its name from its elegant pointed shape and is recognized worldwide for its premium variety. Our natural almonds are simply shelled and sun-dried to preserve their intense flavor.
Traditionally requested for confetti and pastries, these almonds are ideal for breakfast, snacks, or any dish because they are rich in omega-3, vitamin E, protein, and fiber.
Rosario Ferrara's honey is organic and raw, harvested from his bees that follow the chestnut blooms throughout Sicily.
This honey helps protect the Sicilian black bee from extinction, preserving biodiversity.
Its intense flavor is perfect with cheeses (or as a secret ingredient for homemade bread).
Being raw, it retains all its beneficial nutritional properties.
Fior di Sale with Datterino is born from the combination of the Marsala sea salt tradition, extracted through the slow evaporation of seawater, and the intense aromas of dried Sicilian datterino tomatoes, combined with hand-picked oregano from the slopes of Mount Etna. This unique blend offers a bold aromatic flavor, perfect for enhancing any dish.
It is a healthier alternative to traditional salt, thanks to its lower sodium content and the added beneficial properties of dried datterino and oregano, known for their antioxidant, antibacterial, and digestive effects.
