Stories, workshops, tours, products. This is Herbarium, the event dedicated to herbs and medicinal plants, organized by FAI - Fondo Ambiente Italiano at the Monastery of Torba, in the province of Varese.
We Boniviri are also present with products made by one of the 11 valuable farms participating in our sustainable agriculture project, the Sari farm of Roberto Carbone.
We are excited to showcase Sicilian excellences, such as the spices from Etna, including the precious saffron and helichrysum. Also herbal teas, various combinations of spices and citrus, spirulina algae, and much more.
