Organic Extra Brut sparkling wine – Frappato and Nero d’Avola | Boniviri
An elegant Sicilian organic sparkling wine with plenty of character. In the glass it appears bright, with straw-yellow reflections and a fine, persistent perlage, which heralds a fresh, fragrant aromatic profile.
On the nose there are notes of white peach, yellow fruit and pink grapefruit, accompanied by floral nuances and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is crisp, balanced, and enveloping, with lively acidity supporting a long, clean finish.
It is born in Sicily, from a cuvée of Frappato and Nero d’Avola grapes grown organically, thanks to the careful winemaking of Angela and Giovanni Gurrieri, a family operation committed to quality, sustainable farming.
Serve at 6–8°C to enhance aperitifs, raw seafood dishes and refined fish-based plates.
