Bag in Box da 5 L
Ideale per fare scorta. Il pratico rubinetto permette di versare o travasare facilmente l’olio, mentre la confezione lo protegge dalla luce e limita progressivamente il contatto con l’aria. -
Bottiglia in alluminio da 1 L
Un formato leggero, pratico e protetto dalla luce. E soprattutto 1 litro intero di olio (1.000 ml), rispetto alle più comuni bottiglie da 500 o 750 ml.
Un extravergine biologico siciliano da tenere sempre in casa, per cucinare e condire ogni giorno.
- Organic and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.
- Processed with mechanical processes and cold pressing.
- Only EVO oil from the latest olive oil campaign until stocks last. The year of the olive oil campaign is indicated in transparency on the label.
- The olives are harvested when not yet ripe and milled within a few hours , prioritizing quality and nutritional properties over quantity extracted.
- The mill must be cleaned scrupulously from the previous milling, to avoid contamination of the fine quality of our oil. Some producers of the Boniviri network are investing in a private mill .
- Stored in silos under nitrogen , the oil is tapped and bottled only when the previous supply runs out.
- Bottled in dark glass , the only material that is not subject to the corrosive effect of oil.
