Thanks to its beneficial properties, this mix combines the vitamin C and antioxidants of lemon and orange, which strengthen the immune system and aid digestion, with the relaxing power of lavender and the refreshing effect of mint, ideal for promoting overall well-being and adding lightness to your dishes.

Lemon-flavored Mediterranean breadcrumbs

To prepare aMediterranean breadcrumbs flavoured with lemon, orange, lavender and mint, pour200 g of breadcrumbsin a bowl and add2 tablespoons of lemon and orange powder mix, lavender and mint Boniviri. In a separate dish, mixqb of Boniviri EVO oil, Thejuice of half a lemonAndsalt to taste. Dip in the oil and lemon mixture4-6 fish fillets or chicken breast slices, then bread them completely with the aromatic breading. Cook in the oven or in a pan until you get a crispy and golden crust, with a delicate citrus scent.
