1. Moroccan Lemon Mint Infusion

Prepare a hot or cold infusion by placing a teaspoon of dried mint in boiling water with a slice of lemon and a tablespoon of honey or sugar. Serve it hot to relax or cold as a refreshing drink.

2. Greek Tzatziki Salad

Combine dried mint with Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, and a drizzle of oil for a refreshing tzatziki-style sauce that's perfect with pita bread.

3. Cocktails and refreshing drinks

Chickpea, Feta and Mint Salad

To make a chickpea, feta and dried mint salad, mix 250 g of cooked chickpeas with 100 g of crumbled feta, 1 diced cucumber and 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half. Dress with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, the juice of ½ lemon, 1 teaspoon of crumbled dried mint, salt, pepper and, if you like, a pinch of cumin. Mix well, leave to flavour for 15 minutes and serve fresh, perhaps with pita bread.
