Vigna Nica
Maria manages a small vineyard in Barcellona Pozzo di Grotto, overlooking the Aeolian Islands. Here she preserves an ancient wine, already loved by the ancient Romans: Mamertino D.O.C.
The winery operates in full respect of the land, combining organic farming and biodynamic techniques, using natural fertilizers such as green manure, worm humus, and horn manure.

Gurrieri Winery
Cantina Gurrieri is a story of passion, farming wisdom, and family. Founded in 1972 by father Vincenzo and mother Graziella, and run by their children Giovanni and Angela.
The vineyard is located between Chiaramonte Gulfi, in the Iblei Mountains - an area that preserves ancient flavors and local varieties such as the Oliva Tonda Iblea olive, and the Noto valley, the region of the only Sicilian DOCG grape: the Cerasuolo di Vittoria.

Cantina Baglio Diar
For over twenty years, Biagio and Nicola di Girolamo have been leading a certified organic and vegan viticulture, based on rigorous and transparent choices: vineyards far from contamination, natural treatments with copper, sulfur, and organic fertilizers, and only plant-based auxiliaries in the cellar.
The vineyards extend in the southwest of Sicily, between Trapani and Mazara del Vallo. The different altitudes, from sea level up to over 250 meters, allow each grape variety to be best enhanced: Grillo and Inzolia, for example, are grown at sea level where they benefit from the same pleasant salinity that can be found in the glass. Zibibbo, Catarratto, Perricone, and Nero D’Avola, on the other hand, are found at altitudes above 250 meters above sea level.
