L’Armonico is Boniviri’s organic extra virgin olive oil, designed for everyday cooking.
100% Italian and made exclusively from Sicilian cultivars, it has a medium fruity flavor and an intense aroma.
It is available in two practical formats:

5 L Bag in Box
Ideal for stocking up. The practical tap makes it easy to pour or transfer the oil, while the packaging protects it from light and progressively limits contact with air. -
1 L aluminum bottle
A lightweight, practical format protected from light. And above all, a full 1 liter of oil (1,000 ml), compared with the more common 500 or 750 ml bottles.
A Sicilian organic extra virgin olive oil to always keep at home, for cooking and dressing every day.
- Organic and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.
- Processed with mechanical processes and cold pressing.
- Only EVO oil from the latest olive oil campaign until stocks last. The year of the olive oil campaign is indicated in transparency on the label.
- The olives are harvested when not yet ripe and milled within a few hours , prioritizing quality and nutritional properties over quantity extracted.
- The mill must be cleaned scrupulously from the previous milling, to avoid contamination of the fine quality of our oil. Some producers of the Boniviri network are investing in a private mill .
- Stored in silos under nitrogen , the oil is tapped and bottled only when the previous supply runs out.
- Bottled in dark glass , the only material that is not subject to the corrosive effect of oil.
