The Herb and Dried Datterino Tomato Aromatic Mix is a blend natural and salt-free, made with selected ingredients and grown on the volcanic soils of Etna. Contains rosemary, oregano, sage, thyme, bay leaf, chili pepper, and dried datterino tomato, balanced between natural savoriness and intense aromatic notes.

Winter Orange and Fennel Salad

To prepare a winter salad of orange, fennel and dried datterino mix, peel 1 orange and cut it into slices, then slice 1 small fennel into thin wedges. Arrange the orange and fennel slices on a serving plate and sprinkle with a pinch of Boniviri dried datterino mix and Etna spices. Season with a pinch of salt, Boniviri extra virgin olive oil, a few drops of lemon and finish with chopped chives.
