1. Enrich the cheeses

Add dried lavender flowers to goat cheese or fresh cheese for a delicate floral aroma and a touch of color on the table, to impress guests. You can sprinkle it directly on the cheese or mix it with honey, for a refined combination.

2. Prepare elegant cocktails and liqueurs

The herbal character of gin marries the relaxing notes of lavender, creating elegant drinks with dried flowers. Leave the lavender to infuse with vodka or gin, for a fresh digestive.

3. Try it with desserts, like panna cotta and honey

Try it in biscuits, cakes and creams: just infuse lavender in milk or mix it directly into the dough to add a fragrant touch to muffins, panna cotta or shortcrust pastry. It also releases its aroma well in honey.

4. Relax with a lavender tea

A recipe for you

Lemon and Lavender Mousse

To make a lemon and lavender mousse, heat 250 ml of cream with 2 tablespoons of dried lavender, leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, then strain and cool. Whip 2 egg whites with 50 g of icing sugar until you get a firm meringue. Whip the flavoured cream with another 50 g of icing sugar, add the juice and zest of 1 lemon, then gently fold in the egg whites. Pour into the cups and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Decorate with honey, lavender flowers and crumbled biscuits before serving. A fresh, fragrant and refined dessert.
