Classified as medium fruity, with fresh notes of tomato, accompanied by hints of walnut, green almond, cut grass, and a light artichoke. The finish also reveals notes of aromatic herbs, especially wild fennel and sage. Perfect for fish, vegetables, fresh cheeses, pasta, or risottos.
