The "Pizzuta" almonds from Avola are a premium variety, known worldwide for their intense flavor, which is released in this lightly toasted version.
They are ideal for a healthy and convenient snack, perfect to always carry with you, even at the office.
Toasted at 180° for a few minutes, they retain all their nutritional properties, such as omega-3, vitamin E, proteins, and fiber.
Cucunci have the taste of summer, the sea, and holidays.
They grow from blooming caper flowers and are convenient to nibble on during aperitivo, thanks to their stem.
Juicier and crunchier than the flowers, try them with olives, especially black ones, with vegetables like eggplants, to flavor salads, with pasta, rice, and potatoes. They are delicious for seasoning pizza and garnishing meat or fish dishes, giving them a unique touch.
The Nocellara dell’Etna green olives are one of the most recognizable varieties from Sicily, usually used for extra virgin olive oil: thick flesh, meaty texture, bold but balanced flavor.
These are prepared with a simple, Mediterranean recipe: sunflower seed oil, oregano, parsley, garlic, chili pepper, and salt.
The Nocellara dell'Etna has a substantial structure; it is not a “side” olive. It remains firm to the bite, releasing herbal aromas and a clear savoriness. The oil and herbs complement it, delivering an intense yet balanced taste.
Unlike many olives on the market, which are treated with caustic soda to speed up the debittering process, these olives do not undergo that treatment. The processing follows slower, more respectful methods that preserve the structure, flavor, and integrity of the fruit.
Tonda Iblea Monocultivar - Sicilian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Tonda Iblea Monocultivar - Sicilian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
From the Tonda Iblea, an indigenous variety of southeastern Sicily, Francesco produces a single-cultivar extra virgin olive oil, selected by Gambero Rosso among the best Sicilian extra virgin olive oils.
Produced in limited quantities and from organic farming, this precious oil stands out for its full-bodied and intense flavor, with perfectly balanced spicy notes.
The organic extra peach jam Tabacchiera Boniviri is an artisanal jam made with fresh organic Tabacchiera variety peaches, grown in Sicily, in Partinico, by Sebastiano from the Casale di Campo Cooperative, a farmer committed to ethical and sustainable production.
The Tabacchiera variety, also called “saturnina” for its flattened shape, is a cultivar that grows in very few Italian regions, including Sicily, Calabria, and Marche, self-fertile, ripening between May and June. It has juicy flesh, an intense aroma, and a balanced taste between sweetness and acidity. The peaches are harvested at the right ripeness and turned into jam within a few hours of harvesting, to preserve all their organoleptic and nutritional properties.
Like all Boniviri products, this jam is also the result of a transparent and responsible supply chain, which values virtuous farmers and local biodiversity.
It contains 69% fruit, and is sweetened only with organic Italian sugar. It contains no pectin, artificial flavors, or preservatives thanks to the presence of lemon, which stabilizes the jam and at the same time gives a note of freshness.
An aromatic seasoning that brings a clean and immediate Mediterranean profile to the kitchen.
The Boniviri Mediterranean salt is enriched with a balanced mix of basil, fennel, oregano, parsley, and rosemary, selected to complement without overpowering.
No artificial flavors: only salt and dried aromatic herbs, processed to preserve intensity and fragrance.
The result is a versatile seasoning, designed to simplify everyday cooking and add depth to dishes with a single touch.

It is born in Sicily, from a cuvée of organically grown Frappato and Nero d’Avola grapes, thanks to the careful winemaking of Angela and Giovanni Gurrieri, a family business committed to quality and sustainable agriculture.
