The box includes a selection of organic Sicilian EVO oil, depending on the availability of the olive harvest:

  • "Il Garbato" Blend: A blend of Nocellara dell'Etna, Ogliarola Messinese, and Biancolilla. Notes of artichoke, sweet almond, and a floral taste with elegant spiciness. Perfect for meat and vegetables.
  • "l'Audace" Blend: A balanced blend with Tonda Iblea and Nocellara dell'Etna. Aromas of green tomato and artichoke, appreciated by all palates that enjoy medium-intense fruity flavors. Ideal as a gift.
  • Ogliarola Messinese Monocultivar: 100% Ogliarola Messinese. Notes of green tomato, delicate between spicy and bitter. Limited production.
  • Nocellara dell'Etna Monocultivar: Grown on the slopes of Etna in the Nebrodi mountains, at 1200 meters above sea level. Classified as medium fruity, with fresh notes of tomato, accompanied by hints of walnut, green almond, cut grass, and a light artichoke. The finish also reveals notes of aromatic herbs, especially wild fennel and sage. Perfect for fish, vegetables, fresh cheeses, pasta, or risottos.
  1. Organic and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Processed with mechanical processes and cold pressing.
  3. Only EVO oil from the latest olive oil campaign until stocks last. The year of the olive oil campaign is indicated in transparency on the label.
  4. The olives are harvested when not yet ripe and milled within a few hours , prioritizing quality and nutritional properties over quantity extracted.
  5. The mill must be cleaned scrupulously from the previous milling, to avoid contamination of the fine quality of our oil. Some producers of the Boniviri network are investing in a private mill .
  6. Stored in silos under nitrogen , the oil is tapped and bottled only when the previous supply runs out.
  7. Bottled in dark glass , the only material that is not subject to the corrosive effect of oil.
