Born from the collaboration with the social cooperative L’Arcolaio, this box brings Sicilian excellences to the table and supports redemption and inclusion paths for inmates, young migrants, and vulnerable people. Every purchase is therefore not only a pleasure for the palate but also a contribution to building new opportunities.

In the box you will find:

• Organic extra virgin olive oil (500 ml) – the result of the network of small producers from Boniviri.
• Organic ancient Sicilian grain Busiate pasta from Trapani (550 gr) artisanal pasta from the farm Miceli, part of the Boniviri network.
• Wild fennel pesto (90gr) produced by the social cooperative L’Arcolaio. Wild fennel pesto can add character to a simple tomato sauce, create tasty tartines in seconds, accompany meats and fish, and season vegetables and grains.

L’olio extravergine di oliva biologico Boniviri, in bottiglia da 500 ml, è ottenuto da olive siciliane coltivate secondo metodo biologico e raccolte a mano durante la campagna olearia più recente. Estratto a freddo con temperatura controllata, è un olio fruttato medio dal profilo aromatico equilibrato, ricco di polifenoli e perfetto da usare a crudo.

Ad accompagnarlo, un mix di spezie con pomodoro secco, rosmarino, origano, salvia, timo alloro e peperoncino preparato con ingredienti naturali, essiccati lentamente per preservarne aroma e intensità. The bitter orange compote is made with 67% fruit from organic Sicilian oranges.

Spumante Extra Brut biologico – Frappato e Nero d’Avola | Boniviri

Uno spumante siciliano biologico elegante e ricco di personalità. Nel calice si presenta brillante, con riflessi giallo paglierino e un perlage fine e persistente, che anticipa un profilo aromatico fresco e fragrante.

Al naso emergono note di pesca bianca, frutta gialla e pompelmo rosa, accompagnate da sfumature floreali e richiami di crosta di pane. In bocca è croccante, armonico, avvolgente, con una spinta acida vivace che accompagna un finale lungo e pulito.

Nasce in Sicilia, da una cuvée di uve Frappato e Nero d’Avola coltivate in biologico,  grazie alla vinificazione attenta di Angela e Giovanni Gurrieri, realtà familiare impegnata in un’agricoltura di qualità e sostenibile.

• 1 Il Garbato Organic EVO Oil 500 ml A blend of Nocellara dell'Etna, Ogliarola Messinese, and Biancolilla. Hints of sweet almond and a floral flavor with an elegant spiciness. Perfect with meat and vegetables.
• 1 Organic Monocultivar EVO Oil : Oil extracted from a single Sicilian variety. Depending on availability: 100% Ogliarola Messinese (notes of green tomatoes, delicately balanced between spicy and bitter) or 100% Tonda Iblea (grown up to 600 meters on the eastern coast of Sicily.
