The Boniviri organic extra virgin olive oil is medium fruity, made from a fine blend of Sicilian cultivars, grown according to organic methods in Sicily and harvested during the latest 2025/2026 olive harvest.

Cold-pressed at temperatures always below 27°C, from washing the olives to malaxation, it preserves all the organoleptic and nutritional qualities intact. Strict control of every production phase guarantees a fragrant, balanced oil rich in polyphenols.

It is produced by the Boniviri, a network of farmers who work with respect for the land, people, and the future, selected for their commitment to an ethical and sustainable supply chain.

Usage tips:

The oil tastes of tomato and freshly cut grass.
Ideal raw on salads, bruschetta, legumes, hummus, vegetable dishes, but also to enhance pasta, white meats, roasted or boiled fish. A versatile oil, able to enhance every dish with its balanced aromatic profile.

  2. Processed with mechanical processes and cold pressing.
  3. Only EVO oil from the latest olive oil campaign until stocks last. The year of the olive oil campaign is indicated in transparency on the label.
  4. The olives are harvested when not yet ripe and milled within a few hours , prioritizing quality and nutritional properties over quantity extracted.
  5. The mill must be cleaned scrupulously from the previous milling, to avoid contamination of the fine quality of our oil. Some producers of the Boniviri network are investing in a private mill .
  6. Stored in silos under nitrogen , the oil is tapped and bottled only when the previous supply runs out.
  7. Bottled in dark glass , the only material that is not subject to the corrosive effect of oil.
