Format

Cucunci have the flavour of summer, the sea and holidays.

They grow from the bloomed caper flowers and are convenient to nibble during an aperitif, thanks to their stem.

Juicier and crispier than flowers, try them with olives, especially black ones, with vegetables such as aubergines, to flavour salads, with pasta, rice and potatoes, excellent for seasoning pizza, to garnish meat or fish dishes, giving them a unique touch.
