Chickpea and carrot meatballs with chili and lemon powder

To prepare chickpea and carrot meatballs with chilli pepper and dried lemon powder, blend 250 g ofcooked chickpeaswith 1carrotgrated, 2 tablespoons ofbreadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon ofchickpea flour, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon ofChili Pepper and Lemon Mix, ½ teaspoon ofcumin, ½ teaspoon ofsalt and black pepperto taste. Work the mixture until it has a smooth consistency, then form small meatballs. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush them with a drizzle of oil and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking to brown them evenly. Serve with a sauce made with yogurt, lemon juice and a pinch of chili and lemon powder for a fresh and spicy contrast.
