Discover the Almond & Oregano Mix, designed to offer you the unmistakable aroma and taste of the Mediterranean at any time. The almonds are of the Pizzuta di Avola variety, while the herbs ( oregano, rosemary and sage ) come from the Sari project, which protects biodiversity on the Etna volcano. Each ingredient has beneficial properties that, consumed every day, help our health and strengthen our body. Try it with our simple and everyday ideas or get inspired for new original recipes!

Almonds: Rich in antioxidants, fiber and protein, they help cholesterol, digestion and strengthen bones and muscles.
Oregano: Natural antibacterial and antiseptic, aids digestion, colds and sore throats, excellent in herbal teas and essential oils.
Rosemary: Promotes diuresis, regulates digestion and clears the respiratory tract, useful against coughs and intestinal disorders.
Sage: Digestive and anti-inflammatory, it helps the respiratory tract, heals wounds and relaxes the gastrointestinal muscles.

  1. For a healthy and tasty pasta dish: season the pasta with extra virgin olive oil, the mix and a sprinkling of grated cheese (or nutritional yeast).
  2. For a crispier second course: Sprinkle the mix over chicken, fish, or tofu or tempeh blocks before baking or pan-frying.
  3. For a Mediterranean bruschetta: toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, aromatic mix and parmesan flakes.
  4. With bread and hummus or bread, ricotta and honey: try the mix on bread and chickpea hummus, or sprinkled on bread and ricotta with a drizzle of honey.
  5. With cereals and vegetables:mix the mix with quinoa or farro, olive oil and grilled vegetables
  6. With eggs and omelettes: add the mix for a more intense flavor.
  7. To make bread at homewith a more aromatic scent and flavor.

Vegania Vol-au-vent for a romantic dinner

Vegania's delicious appetizer for a dinner for two: with a cutter, cut out 27 hearts from the puff pastry and cut out 18 of them with a smaller cutter. Prick all the shapes, brush with rice milk and overlap two cut hearts on each full base. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until golden. For the cream, blend the tofu with oil, seasoned salt, lemon zest and juice, gradually adding water until you get a smooth consistency. After letting the vol-au-vents cool, fill them with the cream using a piping bag.
