Cream of courgettes and potatoes flavoured with herbs and lemon

To prepare aCream of courgettes and potatoes with fleur de sel with herbs and lemon, warm up1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oilin a pan and fry1 clove of garlicwhole. Add2 courgettes (about 300 g) cut into slices,1 medium potato (150g), dicedand if you have a bay leaf. Cover with500 ml of vegetable broth, bring to the boil and leave to cook for approximately20 minutesuntil the vegetables are soft. Remove the garlic and bay leaves, then blend everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream. Season with1 teaspoon of Herbal and Lemon Fleur de Selfor a touch of freshness. Serve the cream soup hot, garnished witha drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
