Robert Moretti, Executive Director and Chef, together with his long-time friend Matteo Corridori, manages the five-star MUSA hotel on Lake Como. After international experiences in starred restaurants in London and Dubai, the two chefs returned to their homeland to give life to a sustainable hospitality project.
MUSA is more than a hotel: it is an idea of hospitality that promotes accessible and sustainable luxury, far from the standards of traditional tourist hotels. Every detail is designed to involve guests in responsible choices, such as the invitation to reuse towels to reduce waste and the installation of a photovoltaic system to eliminate the hotel's emissions.
The hotel's rooms are dedicated to women who changed the world, such as Joan of Arc, reflecting the feminine influence of owner Claire, who realized her childhood dream of opening a hotel on Lake Como.
With their cuisine, Robert and Matteo aim to speak to the hearts of their guests, offering a culinary experience that combines technique, passion and sustainability, in an environment that celebrates the beauty and essence of the territory.
