The Call of Etna

On the slopes of the highest volcano in Europe, the lands of the Virzì Farm extend over a fertile valley. A century-long tradition, handed down to the youngest member of the family, Davide, a lawyer passionate about agriculture and extra virgin olive oil. In a privileged location, over 700 meters above sea level, the farm is dedicated to the cultivation of olives, almonds and Cossack pears, placing at the center of the project the attention towards organic production and the mission of preserving biodiversity, protecting and promoting the native varieties of this wonderful part of Sicily.

The farm preserves the Nocellara dell'Etna and Ogliarola Messinese olive varieties, with an intense and aromatic flavour, grown using sustainable methods.

It does not have intensive practices, it uses natural and organic methods for the management of its agricultural practices. It is committed to a path of sustainability and social impact.
