A vegetable condiment rich in Mediterranean character and aromas, made with Pizzuta di Avola almonds , Sicilian sun-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil , and Boniviri capers, grown using environmentally friendly methods. A handcrafted pesto made with just a few ingredients, free from preservatives, and produced through Boniviri's ethical supply chain.

Pizzuta almonds, with their rich, bold flavor, combine with the savory flavor of capers and the concentrated sweetness of sun-dried tomatoes for a perfect balance. This ready-to-use pesto is ideal for seasoning pasta, cereals, crostini, or cold dishes , even when used 100% plant-based.

Made with ingredients from a trusted supply chain, processed at low temperatures to preserve their aroma and properties, it's a conscious choice for those seeking flavor, simplicity, and sustainability.

1. Warm pasta with pesto and grilled courgettes
Dress spaghetti or fusilli with pesto, add grilled zucchini strips, and a handful of toasted almonds. A fresh and complete first course.

2. Summer bruschetta
Spread the pesto on toasted bread and top with confit cherry tomatoes or avocado slices. Perfect for an appetizer or a quick dinner.

3. Whole grain bowl
Add pesto to a bowl of farro or barley with chickpeas, olives, seasonal vegetables, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. A nutritious and balanced one-pot meal.

4. Stuffing for baked vegetables
Use the pesto to stuff aubergines, peppers or tomatoes: mix it with breadcrumbs and herbs, then bake.

5. Dressing for potato or legume salads
Thin the pesto with a little water and lemon juice to obtain a smooth cream to use as a dressing.

Know who makes it

Agricolab

The story of Agricolab begins with the meeting between Peppe and Fawn, which took place in 2010 in Argentina. After having lived and managed a business in Singapore, they returned to Sicily with the intention of exploring the island in search of small producers, both male and female, and quality raw materials. Their mission is to create a network in the agricultural supply chain, bringing together farmers and peasants with a story to tell. The stories of people and territories become the main ingredients of the menu of Agricolab, a restaurant that Peppe and Fawn founded in 2018 after exploring the best food and wine offerings in Sicily.
