It contains a selection of oils and wines, all coming from our network of small producers who protect biodiversity and the authentic flavours of the past:

• 1 L'Audace organic EVO oil 500ml A balanced blend of Tonda Iblea and Nocellara dell'Etna. Aromas of green tomato and artichoke, appreciated by all palates who appreciate medium-intense fruitiness.
• 1 Il Garbato Organic EVO Oil 500 ml A blend of Nocellara dell'Etna, Ogliarola Messinese, and Biancolilla. Hints of sweet almond and a floral flavor with an elegant spiciness. Perfect with meat and vegetables.
• 1 Organic Monocultivar EVO Oil : Oil extracted from a single Sicilian variety. Depending on availability: 100% Ogliarola Messinese (notes of green tomatoes, delicately balanced between spicy and bitter) or 100% Tonda Iblea (grown up to 600 meters on the eastern coast of Sicily. A harmonious balance of sweet and spicy, with a light bitterness).
• 1 Mamertino DOC Red Wine Mamertino is born on the hills of Milazzo, facing the Aeolian Islands. It takes its name from the Mamertini, who settled in the area during the Roman Empire and began producing this wine. It combines the robustness of Nero d'Avola, the elegance of Nocera, and the complexity of Nerello Mascalese, giving the wine a profoundly Sicilian character.
• 1 Mamertino DOC White Wine produced in the same winery overlooking the sea - Vigna Nica - the Mamertino white is fresh, dry and harmonious on the palate. Ideal with a vegetable ratatouille with Pantelleria capers, paccheri with tomato sauce, or a classic Margherita pizza.
