FOOD MADE GOOD?

The Food Made Good standard is the sustainability measurement and certification tool for the restaurant sector introduced by SRA (The Sustainable Restaurant Association).

Boniviri is the exclusive partner in Italy of SRA.

HOW DOES THE STANDARD WORK?

The standard is an online questionnaire made up of about 250 questions*, divided into 3 macro-areas (Sourcing, Society, Environment) of 10 sections in total.

The answers are examined by the SRA team which calculates the final score, issues the certification and the report with the suggested improvement actions.

*the number may vary depending on the type of activity to be certified

WHO CERTIFIES: THE SUSTAINABLE RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION

The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) is the organization that, through the Food Made Good program, created the Food Made Good certification standard.

Established in 2010 in the UK, the SRA leads the food industry towards socially and environmentally sustainable practices.

The quotation of the service is calculated on the basis of the Client's turnover. It is advisable to ask for a dedicated quote. The validity of the certification is two years. Renewal is annual and provides for a reduced fee. The accompaniment does not imply obtaining the Food Made Good certification but for which a minimum score of 50% is required.
