Delicious, crunchy and eco-friendly! Boniviri toasted and salted almonds are excellent to accompany aperitifs with friends, or to be enjoyed as an afternoon snack to give yourself a boost of energy. We packed them in a jar, so you can reuse them once they are finished, and the label was made of paper obtained from agro-food waste, in full Boniviri mission.

Fruit of the sun and patience of Sergio and Marianna, our Boniviri farmers, the almonds are grown in full respect of nature and its times, thus preserving the local agro-food heritage.

Almonds are appreciated for their antioxidant properties (contained especially in the dark skin, so it is better to consume them unpeeled), thanks to vitamin E and unsaturated acids, which protect against oxidative stress, responsible for cellular aging.
They have several beneficial properties for the nervous system, thanks to the magnesium which helps in case of stress and fatigue, anti-inflammatory properties, due to the "good" Omega-3 fatty acids, useful properties for the well-being of the bones, thanks to the high calcium content , anti-cholesterol properties that promote the well-being of the heart and circulation, keeping triglycerides low, thanks to the presence of Omega-3 fatty acids.
