Helichrysum, lavender, thyme and oregano are particularly suitable for the treatment of all diseases of the respiratory system, thanks to their antihistamine and antiseptic properties. Furthermore, the orange is rich in vitamin C, contained above all in the pulp but also in the peel. Particularly suitable, therefore, for the winter period.
