The organic EVO oil "Audace" owes its name to its strong and intense flavour, thanks to the 80% Tonda Iblea and 20% Nocellara dell'Etna.

Grown organically in the heart of the Iblei Mountains, it is harvested before ripening and cold-extracted within a few hours of harvesting to preserve its nutritional properties.
