Each jar contains the quality of the Avola pizzuta almond , carefully selected and processed without sugars, preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Boniviri bitter orange compote is a handcrafted jam with a strong and aromatic taste, made with organic bitter oranges grown in Sicily , harvested at the right point of ripeness. The handcrafted process preserves the intense aroma and natural properties of the fruit.
Without added pectin, preservatives or artificial flavours, it is sweetened only with organic cane sugar, in limited quantities, to leave room for the true soul of the bitter orange. Contains 67% fruit.
