THE HISTORY

Four sisters and a century-old history of wine and extra virgin olive oil: this is the heart of the agricultural family business Le Sette Aje (Santa Margherita di Belice). The company is located in the Belice valley, an area of Sicily with a vocation for great wines and great olive oils, on land that has belonged to the family since 1916, when Rosalia's great-grandfather, Cristina, Agata and Gabriella bought them

from a wealthy landowner. Today the four sisters manage with passion for the family business, under the watchful eye of their father Leonardo, their mother Nina and their grandmother Rosalia.


The extra virgin olive oil produced by Le Sette Aje is strongly rooted in the territory of origin: the Nocellara del Belice variety, a very valuable cultivar among

the Sicilian indigenous varieties. The company applies the agro-homeopathic protocol, promoting sustainable agriculture that does not pollute the environment. This method allows to protect the natural resistance of the plant, minimizing the need for external help from man,

and the nutraceutical properties of its fruits. The Seven Aje is a story of passion, family and tradition that Boniviri is proud to tell you.
