"Boniviri" are our farmers, the "people of value" who create exceptional products. But it is also you, who choose to help protect the environment and support a fairer society by eating well! Together we can realize a project that is not a dream, but a concrete commitment with an important social return.
Boniviri selects small Italian farms that have three fundamental characteristics:

Romeo del Castello
When Chiara and Rosanna walk among the now luxuriant fields, made of lava, earth and water, they tell with emotion how everything around them is able to resist. The fruit of courageous choices, risky in someone's eyes, yet authentic and exciting: how can we not think that their work is extraordinary?
Sallicano
Not far from the Vendicari nature reserve, in the Bimmisca district, ancient rows of olive trees flank the slope of a hill. They are the properties of the Sallicano family, today cared for by the siblings Sergio and Marianna. The company has been standing on these lands for more than a century, where various crops have followed, including the most important: olives and almonds.
Bonfanti
In the countryside of Rosolini, a few kilometers from Noto, when the sun sets on hot summer days, Corrado Bonfanti loves to walk among the rows ri of secular olive trees of his estate. He knows them one by one and proudly talks about their characteristics, which make his oil a perfect Sicilian balance of flavors, aromas and sensations.
Le Sette Aje
Four sisters and a century-old history of wines and oils: this is the heart of the agricultural society Le Sette Aje, of Santa Margherita di Belice.
The company is located in the hinterland of Agrigento, in the Belice valley, on lands that have belonged to the family since 1916.
Greco
In the municipality of Centuripe, in that area between Etna and the eastern coast of the island defined by Garibaldi as "the balcony of Italy", there is the Greek farm. In this context, the Greco family has decided to invest time, knowledge and knowledge in the cultivation of the olive tree.
Virzì
On the slopes of the highest volcano in Europe, the lands of the Virzì farm extend over a fertile valley. A century-long tradition, handed down to the youngest member of the family, Davide, jurist passionate about agriculture and extra virgin olive oil.
Terre sul Dirillo
The farm “Terre sul Dirillo Società Agricola ” was founded in 2011 by two young Iblei entrepreneurs who put two factors of quality at the center of the project: the territory and agricultural production. authors of an exceptional oil, perfect representation of Sicilian energy: rich in polyphenols, with bright colors and an intense and spicy flavor.
Sari
Roberto is the young custodian of Azienda Agricola Sari, an excellent Sicilian company that dedicates research, commitment and passion to the production of spices and the cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants. The land is located in the Grotta Comune district in Trecastagni, in the province of Catania, inside the Etna Park.
Alganatura
Alganatura is the beautiful story of four friends who, after having worked in Africa on projects to combat malnutrition, decided to bring the cultivation of spirulina algae to Sicily, in Scoglitti. Their aim is to spread the use of this extraordinary food in Mediterranean cuisine
Artale Natura
Precious honeys those produced by Rosario: they are all made thanks to an indigenous Sicilian bee that today risks extinction: the Sicilian black bee.Protecting biodiversity and doing it in the right way, creating organic artisan honeys of the highest quality, this is the aim of Rosario and its traveling bees.
