Grown in Noto, in the south of Sicily, the Sicilian Boniviri almonds are of the Pizzuta di Avola variety, among the most precious and chosen for Sicilian haute cuisine and pastry.

Fruits of the sun and of the patience of Sergio and Marianna, our Boniviri farmers, they are grown in full respect of nature and its times, preserving the local agro-food heritage.

Almonds are appreciated for their antioxidant properties (contained mainly in the dark skin, so it is better to consume them unpeeled), thanks to vitamin E and unsaturated acids, which protect against oxidative stress, responsible for cellular aging.
They have different properties for the nervous system, thanks to the magnesium which helps in case of stress and fatigue, anti-inflammatory properties, Omega-3 fatty acid properties, useful properties for the well-being of the bones, thanks to the high calcium content, anti-cholesterol properties and which promote the well-being of the heart and circulation, keeping triglycerides low, thanks to the presence of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Also available in the toasted and toasted savory versions, ideal as snacks, aperitifs or healthy snacks.
We packed them in a jar, so you can reuse it once finished, and the label was made of paper obtained from agro-food waste, in full Boniviri mission.
